2. Reservations & Bookings

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by The Soul of Thar.

• The property reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings involving fraudulent or incorrect information, subject to applicable law.

3. Rates & Payments

All rates are subject to availability and may vary depending on the season, occupancy and applicable offers. Government taxes and additional charges shall be applicable as communicated during the booking process.

Payments must be made through authorised payment channels. Any additional services, meals, activities or incidental expenses availed during the stay shall be payable separately unless included in the confirmed package.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations, modifications and refund requests shall be governed by the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

• Applicable cancellation charges and refund eligibility shall depend on the booking conditions.
• No-shows and early departures may attract applicable charges.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Any damage to property, misuse of facilities, unlawful activity or behaviour causing disturbance may result in additional charges or termination of the stay, subject to applicable law.

Desert activities, cultural experiences, excursions and outdoor arrangements are subject to availability, weather conditions and operational requirements.

8. Food & Beverage
